Sergeant Jeffrey Stephenson started with the RCSD in 2005 as a part-time officer. He attended the 81st Full-time Basic Academy for Police Professionals in 2006.

Sergeant Stephenson is currenly a field training officer and the department's patrol supervisor.

Sergeant Stephenson is currently assisgned to a County-wide grant-funded position as part of the federal stimilus package. As part of this position, he works with the communities we patrol in order to achieve a higher level of communitation between the department and the citizens we serve.
