Stephenson Location: RT4, Killington On 1/15/2010, Joshua J. Miller, age 28, of Syracuse, NY was stopped on RT4 in Killington for speeding. Investigation revealed he was in possession of marijuana. He was processed and cited to appear at Rutland District Court at a later date. The Vermont State Police assisted with this investigation.
