On 1/17/2010 at approximately 12:01 AM, Tyson D. Evans was contacted to educate him on the safey hazard of riding a bicycle in dark clothing. An investigation revealed that Evan was in possession of a regulated drug without having a prescription.

Evans was cited to appear at Rutland District Court at a later date.
