Description: On 7/28/2010 at approximately 2010 hours, Sgt. Stephenson responded to an intoxicated person complaint near Franklin's Bar on North Street in Proctor. During the investigation, it was discovered that the accused had consumed alcohol at the bar, left the bar while driving a vehicle, then returned to the bar driving a vehicle to pick up a friend. He was screened for impairment and taken into custody for DUI. After he was processed for he was released on a citation to appear at Rutland Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer to the charge.
