Description: On 01/27/2012 at approximately 14:33 hours, the accused was stopped on VT RT 7, in Wallingford for a traffic violation. While conducting the traffic stop, it was learned that the operator, Munukka, was criminally suspended in the state of Vermont for a prior criminal conviction. He was arrested and transported to RCSD for processing. The accused was later released on a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division on 02/27/2012 to answer to the charge of Criminal DLS.

Description: On 1/26/12 Deputy 1/C Brady was on patrol in Clarendon on Gorge Rd. He encountered a vehicle on the side of the road that was parked next to freshly discarded garbage. During the investigation of littering it was learned that the male, Kelley Staples Jr., had conditions of release that were imposed by the Rutland Superior Court, Criminal Division. Part of those conditions were that Staples is on a 24/7 curfew at his residence in Danby. He was subsequently arrested on scene.

Summary: On 12/06/2011 during the evening hours the accused was seen by Sears Loss Prevention put something into his jacket, leave the store without attempting to pay for the item.
Subsequent investigation revealed the accused had taken the item from Sears without paying for it. The accused was arrested for Retail Theft from Sears Roebuck And Company at the Diamond Run Mall.
The accused was cited to appear at Rutland Superior Court, Criminal Division.

On the above date, the Rutland County Sheriff’s Department while on a Click-It-Or-Ticket Detail came into contact with the accused on West Street at the Mobile/Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot in the City of Rutland. Subsequent investigation revealed his operator’s license was suspended for numerous violations. The operator was released on a citation to appear at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division.
