Description: On the above date, the accused was observed by Deputy 1/C Allen operating a motor vehicle on Cain Street in Proctor while her license was suspended. Deputy Allen made contact with the accused at a later time and issued her a citation to appear at court.

Investigator: Sergeant Stephenson, Trooper Giolito (VSP), K9 Mitch (VSP)
Accused: DJ J. Finefrock
City, State of Residence: Rutland, VT
Charges: DUI (Title 23/1201), Possession of a Regulated Drug (Title 18/4234) and Possession of Marijuana (Title 18/4230).
Summary: On the above date, the accused was stopped for a minor traffic violation on Allen Street in Rutland City. Investigtion revealed he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was screened and subsequently taken into custody for DUI. Upon searching him, a pill bottle containing numerous pills was located as well as a small quantity of marijuana. A seach of his vehilce was then conducted after a positive K9 alert. This search yielded approximately 1 ounce of marijuana. The accused was processed for DUI and possession of drugs and cited to court for a later date. It it yet to be determined how many counts of possession of a regulated drug he will face as there were numerous types of pills found.

Charges: Posession of a regulated depressant drug (Title 18/4234)
Summary: On the above date, the accused was stopped for a traffic violation. Subsequent to the vehicle stop, a search of his vehilce was completed. This search yielded a quantity of a controlled/regulated drug (Percocet pills). The accused did not have a prescription for the drug. He was cited to appear at court on a later date.
