Information:
On 3/27/2010 the accused was stopped at a DUI checkpoint on US4 near Home Depot. He displayed signs of impairment and was screened for DUI. He was subsequently taken into custody and processed for DUI where he refused to provide a sample of his breath. He was cited to appear at Rutland District Court at a later date.

Information: On 3/27/10 the accused was stopped for erratic operation and possible DUI. He was found to be under the influence and taken into custody. He was processed for DUI and released on a citation to appear at Rutland District Court at a later date.

Location: Westside Tavern, West Rutland

Accused: Harvey Garrapy

Charges: Violation of Conditions of Release (Title 13 VSA 7559)
On the above date, RCSD Deputies responded to a suspicious complaint on Marble Street in West Rutland. While on scene, Harvey Garrapy was observed at the Westside Tavern. A check of Garrapy's court ordered conditions of release revealed he had a 10PM-6AM curfew, he was also not allowed to consume alcohol and was not allowed in the town of West Rutland. Garrapy submitted to a preliminary breath test yielding a .165 %. He was taken into custody and lodged at MVRCF on the violation.

Accused: Michael A. Withington
Age: 21
City, State of residence: West Rutland, VT
Charges: Domestic Assault: Title 13 VSA 1042 and Violation of Conditions of Release: Title 13 VSA 7559.
On 3/10/2010, Deputies from the RCSD were dispatched to a family fight at 162 Marble Street in West Rutland. Investigation revealed the accused had threatened his sister with a knife, then fled the residence. The accused was located on his property and taken into custody. He was transported to the RCSD and processed. He was later lodged at MVRCF on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on 3/11/2010.
