CHARGES: (DLS) Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Criminally Suspended Driver's License - Title 23 VSA 674


DESCRIPTION: On the above date and time, Deputy 1/C Ricketts conducted a traffic stop in Rutland City after observing a pickup truck operating on Strong's Avenue with no headlights or taillights illuminated. The operator was identified as Tyler J. Jaworski of Danby, VT. A records check of Jaworski revealed that his driver's license is under criminal suspension. Jaworski was placed under arrest and was transported to the Rutland City Police Department for processing. Jaworski was later released on a citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court - Criminal Division to answer to the charge of Criminal DLS. Jaworski's vehicle was towed from the scene and the license plates were removed and seized.
