DEFENDANT: Damian J. Duckett
AGE: 19

CITY & STATE OF RESIDENCE: Rutland City, VT
CHARGES: Excessive Speed - Title 23 VSA 1097
DESCRIPTION: On the above date and time, Corporal Ricketts observed a vehicle traveling at 90 MPH in a clearly posted 55 MPH zone on Route 7 South in the Town of Clarendon. As a result, a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the operator was identified as Damian J. Duckett of Rutland, VT. Duckett was placed under arrest and was transported to the Rutland County Sheriff's Department for processing. Duckett was later released on a citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court - Criminal Division on April 1st 2024 at 1000 hours to answer to the charge of excessive speed.
In addition, Duckett's vehicle was towed from the scene by Carrara's Towing, Duckett was also issued a civil violation for no registration.
