Description:

On 3/31/11 at approximately 1912 hours the RCSD began an investigation into a trespassing incident on Marble Street in West Rutland. Investigation revealed the accused entered an apartment unlawfully on Marble Street while looking for a relative of the resident. The accused was armed with a handgun at the time, but did not display or use the firearm in any way. No one was injured during this incident. The accused was located in Rutland City a short time later. The accused was taken into custody and transported to the RCSD for processing where he was later released on a citation to appear before VT Superior Court-Criminal Division.
