Description:

On 04/16/2011 at approximately 01:28 hours, the accused was stopped on Cold River Road, in Rutland Town for a traffic violation. Upon speaking with the operator, Webster, evidence of alcohol impairment was detected. He was screened for DUI and then transported to VSP for DUI processing. The accused was later released on a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division on 05/02/2011 to answer to the charge of DUI.
