Description:

On 09/22/2011 the RCSD was called by J.C. Penney advising a retail theft had just occurred. J.C. Penney advised a female, later identified as the accused, left the store with a large bag of clothing she did not pay for. The accused was located in the parking lot of K-Mart where it was learned the accused had a current notice of trespass on her from the Mall.

As a result of the investigation over $700 worth of J.C. Penney merchandise was recovered as well as over $150 worth of Sears merchandise was also recovered.

The accused was cited to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division to answer to the charges and released.
