Accused: Eric Hutchins
Age: 40
City & State of Residence: Proctor, VT

Charges: Driving Suspended License

Description: On 11/23/11 Deputy Brady was on patrol on Evelyn St in Rutland City and made contact with the accused in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The accused was operating with a suspended license for prior DUI convictions. The accuesed was arressed and processed at RCSD. He was released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.
