Incident: Driving License Suspended

Age: 73
City & State of Residence: Stockbridge, VT

Charges: Driving Suspended License

Description: On 11/23/11 Deputy Brady was monitoring traffic on Business 4 and noticed that the vehicle the accused was operating had an obsturcted rear license plate. This is a violation of Title 23 section 511. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was found to be suspended in Vermont for Life for prior DUI convictions. He was arrested and processed at RCSD. He was released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.
