Charges: Operation after Suspension

Description: on 5/1/12 while on patrol in the town of Rutland, RCSD stopped the accused for a motor vehicle violation. During the stop it was learned that the accused privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont was suspended criminally. He was arrested and processed at the Sheriff's Office.
