Charges: Possession of Marijuana

Description: On 6/7/12 during a traffic stop it was learned that Felion who was a passenger in the vehicle was in possession of marijuana. Felion also admitted to consuming alcohol in the vehicle which is a civil violation. Felion was arrested and then released on a citation for the possession of marijuana.
