Description:

On the above date, the Rutland County Sheriff’s Department was on patrol at the Diamond Run Mall when they received information of the accused committing retail theft from Wal-Mart in Rutland City. Subsequent investigation revealed she admitted to the theft from Wal-Mart and from K-Mart at the Diamond Run Mall. The accused was released on a citation to appear at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division.
