Description:

On the above date, the Rutland County Sheriff’s Department was on patrol at the Diamond Run Mall when they recognized a male through prior Law Enforcement contacts as a subject that had been trespassed from the mall prior to the above date. Subsequent investigation revealed an active trespass notice signed by the accused on 09/13/12. The accused was re-trespassed from the Diamond Run Mall for 2 years and the accused was released on a citation to appear at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division.
