Investigating Deputy: Deputy Ryan-LeBlanc

Description:
On November 6, 2013 Rutland County Sheriff's Department Deputy Ryan-LeBlanc responded to Proctor High School for a report that someone had cut very large holes into one of their soccer nets. Upon investigation, the Deputy learned that the net was unable to be repaired, and will have to be replaced by Proctor High School. There are currently no leads as to who may have vandalized the net.
