Charges: Operation after Suspension

Description: on 11/23/2013 while on working a Governor’s Highway Safety Patrol (Sharp) in Rutland County, RCSD stopped the accused for a motor vehicle violation. During the stop it was learned that the accused privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont was suspended criminally. She was arrested and later released on a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division on January 13, 2014 at 0830 hrs to answer to the charge of DLS
