Description:
On December 1, 2013, Deputy Ryan-LeBlanc, in conjunction with the Vermont State Police, arrested, cited and released, the operator Kirby Patterson of Clarendon, VT with Leaving the Scene of an Accident and, Careless & Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, injury resulting, scheduled to appear in Rutland Criminal Court on 1/13/14. The passenger, Kyle Quirion of Clarendon, VT, was cited and released for Violation of Conditions of Release, schedule to appear in Rutland Criminal Court on 12/3/2013. Both occupants were taken to Rutland Regional Medical Center and treated for minor injuries.
