Accused: James A Lertola and Kristy Constantino
Ages: 39 and 36 respectively
City & State of Residence: Rutland, VT

Charges: Felony Retail Theft

Description: On 3/3/2015, Rutland County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a retail theft that had occurred at the Diamond Run Mall. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the aforementioned suspects had concealed and carried out of the mercantile establishment, without purchase, a silver ring with several clear stones, with a retail value of $2399.99. Both Lertola and Constantino were lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility for the felony charge of retail theft. Constantino was held on $10,000 bail, and arraigned in court on 3/4/2015. Lertola was arraigned in court on 3/5/2015.
