Description:
On Friday March 27, 2015 at approximately 1000 hours the Rutland County Sheriff's Department was called to respond to S. Main St. in Wallingford for a domestic dispute. I was notified that the complainant had stated that her ex was at the residence destroying her property within the house.
Following a brief investigation it was determined that Mr. Grover, had committed the act(s) of T13 VSA 1042 Domestic Assault, T13 VSA 1031 Interference with access to emergency services, and T13VSA 3705 Unlawful Trespass.
